Embarking on my blogging journey at Bakkerij Rémon, I’ve been immersing myself in the joy of baking bread at home. What started as a documentation of my personal learning journey has transformed into a fulfilling adventure. Through writing articles about my experiences, I’ve not only shared my knowledge but also gained a deeper understanding of the intricate processes of bread baking. It’s incredible how my hobby swiftly evolved into a job, and I couldn’t be happier about it!
Recently, I’ve delved into the fascinating world of home ice cream making. Eager to comprehend the nuances of ingredients and their impact on the final product, I created a calculator to experiment with and validate various ice cream styles. Initially designed for the Dutch styles of ice cream, I thought, why not share this with the global community? And here we are!
